Global Humanitarian Disaster Consulting Institute (GHDCI) is an independent institute specializing in humanitarian law, disaster governance, and risk management. We support public and private institutions, and NGOs across the entire crisis cycle, prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery. Our work focuses on legal and policy advisory, institutional governance, applied research, and disaster risk and resilience planning, with strong emphasis on accountability, ethics, and international standards such as IHL, IHRL, Sphere, CHS, and PSEAH. GHDCI bridges global norms and local realities, translating law and policy into practical tools for institutions and communities. In essence, we help societies govern crises better, not just manage emergencies, by strengthening law, leadership, and resilience.
