Congo Directory is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support multiple executives across operations, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management and scheduling
Email organization and correspondence support
Document preparation and formatting
Meeting coordination and follow-ups
Travel planning and logistics
Vendor and partner communication
Task tracking and deadline management
General administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Self-starter with strong time management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experince supporting leadership
Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Experience in startups, international business, or nonprofit environments
Compensation: Part time starting at $15 an hour
