As the CEO & CTO of MwzConnect, Arnold Mwanza leads both the strategic direction and technical innovation of the company. MwzConnect is a U.S.-based tech company specializing in web hosting, cloud infrastructure, software development, and data center operations. Key Responsibilities As CEO: Define and lead the overall vision, mission, and business strategy of MwzConnect. Oversee company operations, growth, partnerships, and international expansion (including offices in Dallas, Abidjan, and Kinshasa). Build and lead a high-performing leadership team. Represent the company to clients, investors, partners, and the public. Drive customer satisfaction and business development efforts across global markets. As CTO: Lead the development and deployment of technical infrastructure, including cloud servers and data centers. Oversee product development and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable web and SaaS solutions. Ensure security, innovation, and performance standards are met across all technical services. Guide architectural decisions for hosting platforms, including WordPress, cPanel, and custom web solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into company strategy when relevant.
